Sage 100 Advanced, V2014, PU4. No IRD or PU7 yet, waiting on enhancements. Testing W-2 printing. It works fine in one company, but in another company we are getting the following message when trying to run them - could not make a working copy of the db. I am attaching a screenshot.

You can try deleting (or renaming) the eFiling folder under the errored company's PRxxx folder and then try again.
