    Sage 100 Advanced v2013.5 having issue with paperless office. When one user changes the paperless option in Sales Order printing to PDF All it is changing that option for all users so when another user prints a Sales Order and doesn't notice the change it goes to PDF instead of printing. Has anyone else seen this. Hope this isn't WAD. TIA

    They're all using the same form code, right?

    Can you set up a form code (e.g. email) that is used only for Paperless. The other form can be used for printing..

    The point here is that that setting is by form code so if they're using the same form code, yes that's going to happen.

    Thanks everyone. Yes I set up a different form code and it solves the issue.

    I always set up separate form codes for paperless (e.g. email) so that you don't have to change settings everytime......
