    Sage 100 Advanced v2013 SU5 was working fine on Windows 7 workstation yesterday. Today when you run the client a window opens with Sage 100 ERP on the top and the cross in the top left corner. Only way to end it is through Task Manager. Reinstalled workstation and run as administrator but no change. Any ideas? TIA

    Can they see the menu but can't click on it?

    There's a curser next to the cross in the left corner. There's help on the menu but none of the choices under help do anything.

    @RonGouveia did it just happen ? Has anyone else come out of Sage 100 and then try to go back in and gets the same screen or is it just this one machine?

    it started when they turned this computer on this morning and is not affecting anyone else. The only other thing I did on this computer this morning was uninstall IE 11.

    I just went on their term server and logged on to Sage 100 with no issue.

    Also, can open PDFs on this computer without issue.

    OK, Thank you!!! @DianeRuth !!! There were many hung Pvxwin 32 tasks on the apps server with an *32 after the task. Restarted host server and it fixed the problem.

    Yes thank goodness it wasn't the Crypto Virus !!! Glad we still have the old KB..
