    Sage 100 Advanced 2018.3 - when trying to print paperless statement to an email I get ""The is invalid"". I am pretty sure I've seen this before but a search of Sage didn't turn anything up. I've looked at the paperless directory and checked the return email on both the main setup and by clicking the icon next to the Paperless Office Output. Both appear proper.

    Are you launching from the statement printing menu or via the customer maintenance invoice tab statement printing option?

    did you look at the customer paperless set up to ensure the email address was valid?

    Does it print correctly (none paperless)? If not then try a different customer.

    is the Sage100 pdf converter missing from printers and devices maybe?

    Yes - looks like at least part of the issue was my RDP to their server did not have a valid printer. The other issue seems to be that if there's no primary email in a paperless setup that the email won't generate even if you stick a valid email into the ""additional email"" field. The controller was trying to send out a test document without it also going to their customer.
