  • 1.  Sage 100 Advanced 2018 - One Paperless Customer Won't Email Invoices

    I took a call today from a customer.  They say that paperless office emailed statements work for one customer but that customer isn't receiving any invoices via email. They claim no other customer is impacted.

    Thoughts?

    I've had reports with this issue as well. Has the customer's customer whitelisted the email address used for the incoming email? May have to whitelist in multiple systems, depending on what has been setup to filter spam.

    A way to diagnose the issue is send an email to the customer using the Paperless Office test in pl_advancedoptions_ui. Use the email address used for sending invoices.

    Supposedly they can receive paperless emailed statements but invoices don’t go through. I’ve also suggested they add themself as a cc to verify whether anything is going out.

    Often this is caused by a different "from" address (and SMTP permissions).

    Edit: I misread the comment.  Perhaps there is a typo in the Paperless email settings for invoices?
