Any hidden secrets to debugging a sudden issue where paperless stops connecting to an SMTP server? My first step is to go to company maintenance, verify the password and try to test an email. Once this fails it can be a long road to try to walk a customer who is not super tech savvy through debugging their Exchange Server // SMTP connection.
I'm not seeing any errors related to something that might be a bad login. It looks like the Sage paperless can't find the SMTP server (I can ping the IP)
