Sage 100 Advanced - 2016.5 - I have an existing user with recurring issues with ""the quantity packed does not match the quantity shipped for the following items""
They do high volume box packaging. In this last issue they were packing 46 boxes.
The problem in fixing this issue is that they potentially have one item packed into multiple boxes so to undo and re-pack means going through a bunch of boxes.
We have two cases with Sage already and my impression from the last case is that Sage really didn't have any clue about this.
Have you encountered/fixed something similar? They are on 2016.5 which I think should resolve the issue fixed by previous patches.

Sage previously sent a ""fix"" which required them to sign off on a liability waiver however I don't think that did much except get Sgae off the phone and allow them to claim the case was resolved.
