Sage 100

Sage 100 Advanced - 2016.5 - I have an existing user with recurring issues with ""the quantity packed does not match the quantity shipped for the following items"" They do high volume box packaging. In this last issue they were packing 46 boxes. The problem in fixing this issue is that they potentially have one item packed into multiple boxes so to undo and re-pack means going through a bunch of boxes. We have two cases with Sage already and my impression from the last case is that Sage really didn't have any clue about this. Have you encountered/fixed something similar? They are on 2016.5 which I think should resolve the issue fixed by previous patches. They also have: MAPADOC Starship IIG UPC Code Sage previously sent a ""fix"" which required them to sign off on a liability waiver however I don't think that did much except get Sgae off the phone and allow them to claim the case was resolved.

Update: This customer also uses Starship. The file that Sage sent as a fix - SO_SHIPPING_UI.PVC also shows up in the MAS90\LINKS which makes Sage think that perhaps the above is a Starship Link issue. Sage says that they didn't incorporate a fix until 2017.3 so it's possible since PU have stopped for 2016 that Starship never had access to a 2016 fix to incorporate. Anyone know what would happen if I took the newer Starship Link file - SO_SHIPPING_UI.PVC and copied it into my 2016.5 \MAS90\LINKS ?
