Sage 100 advanced 2014 SU7 - users at times getting bogus ""the quantity packed does not match the quantity shipped"" message in shipping data entry, even though they do not use the packing feature and have everything in one box as far as the program is concerned. KB articles say it was fixed in 2014 SU4. Anyone else see it happening?

I have seen it when shipping kits. The components were packed but the parent item was not packed even though Sage tech support agreed with me that it should not be included in the package because I am shipping exploded kits. Cooper

I swear there is a patch for this somewhere or maybe it is in the service update.

Seems to be happening when you go back into a shipment and remove an item or reduce the qty shipped - looks like changes in qty don't get passed to the package qty. Possible that the warehouse being changed as well.

Anyone resolve this yet?? Was a fix released in PU2? I can't access the PDF to download. @PhilMcIntosh - what was your workaround??

@JeffSchwenk - @LeeGraham did some custom programming...hoping it doesn't get worse when they get Starship, which they have been threatening to do for about a year...

Looks like it was fixed in PU2. Now I need to find out from ACS how soon I can install PU2 since I have MB to deal with.
