Sage 100 Advanced 2014 PU 4 - customer reports users randomly disconnecting from Sage 100 ""since about a week ago""
- Walked through the myriad of rename SY_SYSTEM (SY_CONSOLE, SY_WORKSTAITON) and _APPSERVE (LOCATE and SESSIONS) files
- Naturally, no way on earth it's AV , malware (per IT)
- No error messages whatsoever ""connection just drops them out of Sage 100""
- Nothing in the Activity Log
Thoughts? I'm in the process of pulling a case with Sage since this may be a lengthy info gathering road to travel
