Sage 100 Advanced 2013 Paperless AR Statement - The customer name in the email subject line does not change if I click on the Print checkbox. This happens regardless if I select by customer no. or customer name. Has anyone come across this issue?

IIRC the recommendation from Sage was, when you have difficulties, to remove all parameters from the message, using generic terms instead.
