Sage 100 Advanced 2013. My customer wants the Paperless Office Output disabled on the Sales Order Invoice Printing screen so users can't change it, but I can't see any way to do that without customizing that screen. The problem is that I don't see that screen listed in Custom Office as being a customizable screen. I'm not sure if I am missing something or if there is another way to accomplish that. Thank you!

Hi, Liz. I checked in SO Invoice Printing, SO SO Printing and AR Invoice printing, looking if they might share the same base screen, but didn't find anything (didn't think I would, but still need to check). I also looked at roles, but didn't see anything for permissions for that. In our organization, we'd have to have a programmer modify that screen.

We could modify that for you - but we would need your version. Again - you want it disabled for All users?

Any developer add-ons to 2013. Which PU ?
