The enhanced security tracking in Sage 100 2023 is pretty impressive. I have been able to use it to help a couple of clients track down activity in the system. It's a shame that they didn't have this feature in earlier versions.
Right now, i have a customer that is undergoing their annual audit (FY 2023) and the auditors are asking for evidence of users being added or deleted from the system. The system was running Sage 100 2018 up until January 24, 2024 so the cool new features of Sage 100 2023 didn't kick in until after year end. I still have the 2018 system complete with years of the Activity Log but apparently there is no report to show when a user was added or deleted in the old system.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
