    Sage 100, 4.50 installing PU 4 at the end of this update the attached message displayed, right after the dictionary merge. Now when I try to access Sage 100, I'm getting a message: ""The administrator is currently maintaining the system. Try again later"" I thought I saw this in another post, but the search didn't reveal anything.

    The only other recent issue was Jeff when he tried to install an update and it bombed during merge. I think Sage advised removing the INSTALL folder which may or may not be advisable here.

    Actually, if you are referring to my most recent issue trying to install the 2012IRD, the fix was to create a folder named INSTALL......

    Isn't it the INSTLOCK.TXT file for this one?

    It was the deleting of the instlock.txt that fixed it and allowed me to access the system without displaying the message that the admin was maintaining it. The install folder did exist, fyi,
