Sage 100 4.5 PU 7 - customer called with the issue that the physical count variance register is zero for all quantity on hand. Their counts show but no balances. They say the balances on hand show in other reports.

It sounds like items were not frozen for some reason. I had that happen once with a client that imported physical count but did not freeze first. I can't remember what version it was and it might have been when Inventory was still legacy. if they manually entered all those counts, you might have them export the counts that they entered and then re-freeze the inventory and import the counts back in

They claim that they can copy the data to a new company, freeze and then it appears I cannot duplicate yet

Went in and froze and that seemed to do the trick
