    Sage 100 4.5 PU 5 -- one user cannot print to any printer (actually tried only two but presume they all will fail). I can preview the journal then print from preview. But printing from the AR - Main - Sales Journal - Printer hangs. Never encountered this before. Others can print from different workstations. Windows 7

    Using Paperless - I'm looking at this now as a possible paperless issue

    Uninstall/reinstall , also turned off UAC. Cannot say for sure what fixed this but suspect an uninstall/reinstall of wksetup using ""run as admin"". Subsequently during chit-chat the user at the PC admits they hardly use this PC and probably haven't used it in a year... (which would have been helpful to know at the outset).
