    Sage 100 4.3.0.23 Re-ran workstation setup, wksupdate One workstation does not see the Sage PDF printer when trying to print report -- typically you can see the Sage PDF in the drop down. Other issues where the station is printing 0K files but no error about paperless. Walking through a rather lengthy and elaborate ""try this try that"" debug Any ideas as to why this Sage PDF doesn't show in the drop down. - Killed any printers where there was a ""troubleshooting"" indication

    When you say 'see the Sage PDF' in the drop down, I believe you can't select the Sage PDF to print to, but rather for a report have to select 'Paperless Office'. If you select 'paperless office' does it print to paperless (not it won't preview for a report)?

    I believe the term ""Sage PDF Converter"" will never show up in the report drop-down. It will show as ""Paperless Office"" instead.

    I think that's true on later versions but not in 4.3 -- from what I recall you would see Sage PDF at the early levels. Now I'm seeing an AMYUNI and it's throwing Error Code -41 which I'm reading the novel about how to fix in Sage KB

    Wayne - I just checked my 4.30 and in printer pulldowns I only show the Paperless Office as a printer, no Sage PDF.

    Did you install the PDF Driver Update on the server and the W64 workstations if applicable?

    Yes the user has been working fine up until recently. Same version. No recent Sage UG. Just this single PC went off the rails. Unfortunately 4.30 is off-support so the user has chosen to take on this risk and their gamble may mean that they need to replace the pc or use another functioning computer. My working theory is that this is somehow user rights related and I don't have an answer for ""well why then did it work before"".

    I always blame it on ""Patch Tuesday"" and that it was probably a windows update. Since it's Microsoft, no can really dispute me.
