  • 1.  Sage 100 3.71: AP - Error 49 APWUBB LINE 16565

    Would anyone have an idea of what the resolution to this error might be? It's an older 3.71 and they are in the midst of entering an AP Manual Check. Upon trying to post it gets to Phase II and errors. I've tried reinitializing AP7 and AP8 without much luck. Rebuilt all their AP files and a bunch of GL files. 

    I still get the same error message.

    I'm sure you did this but just in case, Analyze and Relink / Rebuild Sort Files / Reinitialize Manual Check Entry files

    Do they have 3rd party modifications?

    I pulled up a copy of APWUBB from a standard MAS90 3.71 CD and there are no line numbers in the 16000 range. It jumps from 15045 wo 20000

    If they don't have 3rd party add-on, It could be from a later program update.

    I did rebuild just about everything I could. Reinitialized the manual check entry files.

    I don't know if they have custom code. They are a random orphan who was referred by their CPA. This apparently started happening out of the blue around 10/1/2022. They had another consultant looking at it who also didn't appear to get much farther.

    Error 49 is -- "Internal Program format error" - so it's damaged.

    Some Possible solutions: 
    restore a backup copy of the APWUBB program that worked

    backup existing APWUBB and copy a standard 3.71 copy of APWUBB  to their Mas90/AP folder.

    Reinstall 3.71 AP module.
