    Has anyone else located this? I followed the instructions 

    SageU

    My University ( upper right )

    My Learner Home ( I have no "My Learning")

    From there my screen seems to dead-end with only one unrelated course displayed

    Has anyone else had luck with this and if so what is the URL and/or exact description you used to get to the 2024 learning. TIA

    The instructions that were in my email were the same as yours but were not correct for me either.

    Here is how I got there

     

    • SageU.com
    • Log on
    • Enter username and password
    • Click on "View My Transcript"

    I then saw the what's new in 2024 (and realized I had never watched the What's new in 2023.2

    Instead of what they said, I chose Select My Product, Sage 100

    then Continue With Training

    First one on list there

    I emailed Sage to find out what the problem is. I've got $100, and they will message me and say they never received my renewal, that I missed taking a certification, or that there was some other mistake on my end.

    The issue is that I have two SageU accounts - one under my regular wayne@s-consult.com and one under my waynes@dsdinc.com email. Apparently, the correct account ( at least for Sage U ) is my wayne@s-consult.com. And when I login under that account I see all my certifications.
