Sorry, I hit post without fully adding a descriptive title to this and it should have said Sage 100 2021.2 PREMIUM
The customer can go into vendor maintenance and their screen is fine - all fields appear normal
They go in and post an invoice register ( AP ) and update DTR ( which they complain is slow )
No errors
Then they go back to Vendor Maintenance and they get this "blank" looking vendor maintenance screen
Again, no errors. Just a blank(ish) vendor maintenance screen
Now certainly rebuilding the panels is a possible step but it's not my first thought since they can get in prior to updating the DTR
My guess is something with anti-virus or malware that's possibly interrupting this processing.
If they exit Sage and go back into Sage then they can get into the vendor maintenance screen.
I haven't (yet) explored whether the issue is more widespread. For now, I'm trying to understand whether this is an issue that's come up for any previously.
The users are suggesting some un-specified IT-related updates may have been done a couple of weeks ago. I'm not privy to exactly what those were.
My next suggestion is that since they can duplicate the issue they should open a ticket with Sage.
