  • 1.  Sage 100 2020 Premium Deposit Payment Type Missing Credit Cards

    Upgrading a site from Sage 100 2018 Premium to sage 100 2020 Premium 
    Paya Exchange Desktop IS installed
    They do NOT integrate to any credit cards

    In Sales Order the Deposit Payment Type for Credit Cards IS there
    In Sales Order Invoice Data Entry the Deposit Payment Type for Credit Cards is missing

    Naturally, worked well in 2018

    Thoughts? Has anyone seen this?

    Does this order have a deposit i.e., a deposit was entered on the sales order before being invoiced?

    No, the customer is entering directly to invoice data entry - there is no order it is being billed against. 

    In Sales Order, I can get to a credit card payment type. I just can't do it if I start directly as SO Invoice Data Entry

    They are on Sage 100 2020 Premium - I'm stumped as to why credit cards won't appear unless this is some type of hidden bug that's not displayed in the Sage KB

    It appears the issue is that the AR - Setup - AR Options - Tab 4 Entry - Allow credit cards/ACH had become unchecked prior to or during migration. I checked this box and the issue resolved.
