When Sage looked sad at our event and asked why more people didn’t immediately go to the latest release I mentioned that many of their ENDORSED ISVs weren’t ready for many months which was a huge issue.

And how about as an ENDORSED solution there was a rule your integration had to be ready x days from the main product.

Ultimately, Sage remains too siloed to understand and implement something like this. Nobody in NA has responsibility end to end.

And I heard from Scanco a couple weeks ago NOT to install PU3 for v2019 as they were NOT releasing a multibin update for it.  They are hard at work readying v2020 for release.

BTW, since the customer name and address fields have been expanded in v2020, I would expect a delay in bringing Avalara (and many other MD enhancements) to market.

I hate the Avalara site trying to find connectors.  Logged in and was totally unable to find the download section of the connectors after they have once again rearranged the site.

Started an upgrade to 2020 and suddenly remembered that the client was in the process of adding Avatax but had not yet installed on the old system.  So now I don't want to continue them to 2020 if the connector is going to be too far out.
