Hi - if there are any 3rd party enhancements that add additional button choices, where the upgrade is not installed, you can get this error. We saw it with "smart-link" shipping software....
Or, you can try saving the "custom" folder in IM, and renaming to see if you get this error on the base screen, and then you may have to -recreate the custom screens if the base screen does not have the error and there are no 3rd party changes to this button.

@Phil McIntosh Did you ever resolve this? We are having this same issue currently during an upgrade. We have tried many troubleshooting options and haven't been able to resolve. This client is not going to premium and is upgrading to v2019.
