    Sage 100 2018.3 - customers asking how to enable company specific background. I see the option in company maintenance - tab 5 - theme but the option to make a change to ""enable company specific background color"" is grayed out. i have full rights and permissions to every option through role maintenance What am I missing?

    Answer: Appears to only work when ""Classic"" is selected as the theme code.

    Correct. Either background or border work in classic OR you can use the new themes. I believe there is a slight difference in the appearance of the screens as well.

    I create a theme code for each company, pick a nice pastel color and then enable it for frame only in standard. Background changes can be overwhelming.
