    One of my customers called with an issue that any time they try to change an integration option to JC or IM they get an error message.

    They also get an error ( below ) if they try to enable posting invoices to JC from SO

    This is a new company they are trying to set up. I was not involved in the setup so I may not know all the details of how they got this setup ( ie - did they copy data files, etc)

    I verified that JC is set up as well as SO.

    The initial report is that if they try to enable posting of SO to JC that the error below appears.
    I also get the same error if I test and try to disable integration to JC, IM from within SO Options

    I haven't found anything in the Sage KB

    They also have Avalara, ScanForce, Starship and a couple DSD mods.
