Sage 100 2018.2 - customer says they are receiving the error ""The update was interrupted. Select the journal program to continue the update"" when trying to update an invoice batch in SO. Sage [says reinitialize SO_InvoiceRestart](https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=62435&sliceId=1&isLoadPublishedVer=&docType=kc&docTypeID=DT_Article&stateId=1809&cmd=displayKC&dialogID=127890&ViewedDocsListHelper=com.kanisa.apps.common.BaseViewedDocsListHelperImpl&openedFromSearchResults=true). Instead of reinitializing I just deleted the 1 record that was in there. I did that but it apparently didn't fix the issue. Any other thoughts or experiences?

So if they select the journal program, does it ask if they want to restart?

That's my last question to them and I'm waiting to hear. I have been assuming that they are trying to re-run the sales register but it's possible that they are doing something different.

It SHOULD ask, and when they say yes, it will start to retry, then the REAL error will pop up. May have to click on INFO to get the real file, though.

Turns out they were trying to print from the invoice data entry screen. Advised them to try from the daily sales journal and they reported that worked.

Sometimes, the error messages really mean what they say. :-)

Sometimes, the problem is BKAC. ;-)
