  • 1.  Sage 100 2018 tax calculation service

    The client is having an issue in their live company with 40 employees and in their test company with one employee.  I am having no issue at my office.  We have looked at their firewall.  The logs say some are returning and some are not.  Anyone else having issues?

    The next day it worked just fine.  I could not see any discernible difference in internet on their end.  As the update was working fine from my computer in my hosted environment, not sure the exact cause.  But it is fine.
