Sage 100

I have a customer using Sage 100 Premium 2018 and they also have Avalara installed. They use VI to pull in orders. 

If I have the option set  to NOT compute tax during the import then the customer reports that their SO imports but the SO TOTALS are ZERO for any customer who is set to AVATAX sales tax code.

When I remove the checkmark from the Skip Tax - then the totals compute correctly but the user reports when they go into edit the commission percent on an order that they import they receive Error 95 in program SY234_AVA_SALESTAXCALCULATION_BUS.PVC at line 0219. ( Error image above )

I'm about to go the route of opening a case with Sage so they can push me to Avalara ( I find this is a requirement today since pretty much all 3rd parties deny the issue is theirs unless it's already reported in their KB ). I'm hoping someone has already dealt with this or something similar and can save me a few hours on the phone. 

I'm also waiting for the customer to verify that they can reproduce the issue as I find that unless we also act as the QA department that most support techs laugh when you say that you have an error but can't reproduce.
