Sage 100 2018 payroll is being used with Time Track. They would like the employee to designate what type of work they are doing. Depending on their work for the day will impact their pay rate. (Fairly common in hospitality - today working in the kitchen - tomorrow waiter training - tomorrow waiting tables) I see I can designate this by earnings code and up to 10 pay rate. What seems more logical to me is to use a labor code but there is not a rate associated with labor code. Any other options or elegant solutions that I am overlooking?
