  • 1.  Sage 100 2018 Job Cost Report

    I am trying to recreate a Crystal Report from Sage 100 2017 to Sage 100 2018 for Job Cost.  The formula I am having difficulty with is a formula to calculate the balance of costs in Revised Estimate.  This is the formula used with Sage 100 2017,  formula = {JC1_JobMaster.RevisedEstimate}-{JC1_JobMaster.JTDActualCosts}.  In Sage 100 2018 the JTDActualCost field is not in JC_Job.  Any ideas on how to write the formula in Sage 100 2018?

    Look at JC_JobCostCodeHistory it now has the data by FiscalYear and FiscalPeriod which means you have to calculate the JTD PTD YTD amounts instead of using buckets.

    Did you ever get this report working with JTD and PTD columns?
