    When I was doing the initial installation and migrate this was working fine. Today was go live and now I see this!?:
    Sage_100_Admin_ScreenWhere do those graphics live? Could just the image files gotten clobbered?
    I'm at a loss.

    Is this Std, Adv, or Premium? Does clicking any button open the associated task (e.g. does clicking 1st button open Company Maintenance) or is it non-responsive?

    I've looked at this in the past. Sy_Launcher.M4L is the screen library and the 7 buttons are set with a Transparent attribute and have no button image, which means when this screen loads, instead of seeing the gray color that you see now (which is the correct default state) the "transparent" should kick in and you see what's behind it, which is an image and 2 text fields. E.g. Behind 1st button is an image of 2 buildings, the text "Company Maintenance" and text "Create and manage your companies". The image might be loaded from a DLL instead of the normal \Home\Lib\_BMP but I'm not sure.

    This is a long way of saying maybe your Sy_Launcher.m4L file needs to be replaced. You can test by copying your own 2018 version in. You could also compare the _BMP folder from your 2018 to theirs. If they are on Adv or Premium, I believe it uses _BMP folder in the location where you ran Wkstn Setup instead of server. Also if you login as a regular user you can just see if all the regular images from the Launcher appear (or not). Hope that helps.

    @Alnoor Cassim, it is Standard, and yes the buttons do work. ​I'll try copying the file you suggested and see what happens. Thanks!​

    Copying files had no effect, copying my files (I tried each of the SY_Launch????.?? files one at a time) does not fix the client's system, and copying the client's files does not break my system. The _BMP folders are identical as well, both have the same number of files and bytes.

    I started thinking what had changed since I had last logged in as administrator and then it hit me, I had activated PVX Plus for SQL Mirror. Sure enough, deactivate PVX Plus and the screen looks normal, re-enable it and the plain gray buttons reappear. Can't fix it, but at least I know what it is.

    @Nicole Ronchetti another weird issue with PVX Plus for you to look into (and fix?).​
