Sage 100 2017.2 (NOT 100c) - recently updated a customer site and one user is complaining about the fonts being too small. Question 1: Is Application Scaling purely a 100c launcher feature which is NOT available in 100? We had been able to get it to work sporadically but I can't tell if it should work in 100 or if we somehow stumbled upon a bug that allowed it to work periodically. They never saw the LARGE option but were able to select MEDIUM if they fiddled with the settings. Again, they are on 100 and not 100c so I'm not sure if the Application Scaling should even work on 100? They've tried increasing screen resolution and claim that is not making their screen any easier to read. As the Sage 100 customer base ages and displays grow bigger but the font stays tiny this seems to be a more frequent complaint. Any workarounds for increasing the screen size reliably?

I did find this which states: - The Workstation's Screen Resolution height must be greater than 1260 to enable the Large option - The Workstation's Screen Resolution height must be greater than 1000 to enable the Medium option https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=85548&sliceId=1&cmd=displayKC&dialogID=254244&docType=kc&isLoadPublishedVer=&stateId=254246&docTypeID=DT_Article&ViewedDocsListHelper=com.kanisa.apps.common.BaseViewedDocsListHelperImpl

We have found Application Scaling works on 100 and is a feature most users appreciate having available. All of the other theme customization functions only work with 100c.

Thanks, @SteveEngmann . Turns out that the customer had their fonts jacked up to 200%. Putting them back to normal (100%) resulted in the application scaling being once again available. Of course, this means that all their other apps which would work with 200% fonts now are teensy..
