Sage 100 2017 Premium - I'm not running into this anywhere else but posting in case someone is taking this type of question and/or has a customer ""living with"" occasional issue.
We're having a few issues in the sales order entry module recently where certain changes are made but are not saved. For example, when a user was attempting to remove a /C comment from a sales order on Tues. and should've deleted it, but once she reopened the sales order it was back again. Now yesterday, they changed the warehouse of a particular item, close out the sales order and when it reopens everything has reverted back. A specific example is so# 5292132. They keep trying to delete MKCOBD-IMPR04 but it keeps coming back. The only way we can find to fix it right now is deleting the sales order completely and re-entering it.
