I think there are two ways to perform ACH
1. What Brett is discussing - Sage 100 creates an ACH file, and it's up to the customer to upload it to their bank
2. As an ACH export into a payment processor such as Paya (I have no customers that do it this way) which presumably requires TLS 1.2 since all other payment connections require TLS 1.2
