Sage 100 2016.5 - new workstation user receives ""unable to print SO_Pickingsheet1.rpt UFL u2lbar.dll that implements this function is missing"". - Tried running the Azalea fonts install - Tried copying u2lbar.dll to SYSWOW64 Short of advising to re-run workstation setup then run full Crystal XI, is there a known way to get this to register? I have instructed the user to run each as administrator but who knows if thy have done so... I don't see any specific kb reports in Sage that are directly on topic however a general Google search uncovered a few which seemed to point to the two things above that they've already tried.

Maybe after copying the DLL to SYSWOW64, you'd need to register it? Open the file using regsvr32.exe in the same folder?

Have you tried _manually_ copying the font file into the Windows Fonts folder?

Thanks everyone - it looks like copying the dll to the SYSWOW64 worked. I'm not sure what combination of install routines actually drops this file on the workstation.
