Sage 100

Sage 100 2016.01 Premium, recent upgrade and client computers upgraded to Windows 10. Report looks fine in Crystal preview screen, but when you export it the fonts have shrunk noticeably. If you print to a PDF or a physical printer, the font sizes are the same but every instance of 11"" becomes 11' because of overlap of the characters. From another workstation, same problem with the overlap on the 11"", but on this computer the preview is 36 pages instead of 18. I changed the report to No Printer, but the behavior did not change. WTH happened to WYSIWYG???

What happens when you export from crystal to PDF, rather than printing to pdf ?

When you export to PDF the 11"" shows clearly but the fonts have been shrunk noticeably.

Is Crystal Reports installed on the workstations? Are the reports being run within Sage or through Crystal?

Arial 9 pt, and they are being run through Sage 100.

Switch to a font without kerning to test such as Courier New. If it looks okay, then try some of the other fonts to see which works best. If Courier still cuts off, then add white space on the right of the text block and change the alignment to left, in case it is set to justify.

The really bizarre things is this report has been working in version 2014 for several years - this just cropped up in 2016 after the upgrade.
