Sage 100

SAGE 100 2016 PREMIUM This is my first Premium install so I must be doing something wrong. I have a clean Windows 2012R2 server with the full version of SQL 2014 Std. I install Sage 100 Premium as the Administrator from the install menu and use the Premium registration keys. The keys on the Dealer portal were wrong so Sage emailed the correct Premium version keys. But when I'm done with the install, I don't have the Premium version installed, its the Advanced version. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Did you choose Sage 100 Premium from the splash screen after running autorun.exe?

Yes, big bold green menu choice - Sage 100 Premium

Very strange. I suppose therefore that you didn't see any prompt to authenticate and identify the SQL server during the installation then

I think it all boils down to the product keys then. Perhaps even the second set of keys were wrong.

You should bring this up in Sage's Town-hall Forum at Meeting of the Minds - need to have working keys from the portal or at least from Sage themselves!

I think someone had something similar happen and posted about it last year. I really doesn't matter which menu option you choose when installing, the keys will drive the version loaded onto the server.
