Sage 100 2015 Premium Paperless issue - when you print a journal to paperless you get ""The PDF document was not created successfully,"" and the posting process stops. When you look in the viewer the document was successfully created. When you test the PDF converter from company maintenance it creates a PDF and says successful. Any ideas? TIA

The test converter can give false positives. This sound like a permission issue. Make sure the service account and all the users have permission to the paperless folder. I still like setting the port to SAGE (not null) and giving everyone all rights. good luck

Thanks @JimWoodhead for the response. You were absolutely right. Changing the paperless path to a folder in the Sage Premium share fixed the problem. It was definitely a matter of permissions. Thanks again!
