Sage 100

Sage 100 2015 Premium getting message right off the bat ""Failed to create SY_Installation object."" followed by ""<NewObject Error: 200>. This did not happen on the previous attempts with the same media i.e we think the media is fine. Been on hold for over an hour with Sage.

I did eventually get someone to answer the phone, maybe they were short staffed.

I thought I might die of old age while waiting...

resolution?

Resolved. it was a permission issue on the SQL SERVER. The Sage DB's weren't owned by the MAS_USER account. Once I adjusted the Permission the problems when away. Thanks shout out to @AlnoorCassim
