Sage 100 2015 Advanced. One workstation only getting ""The credit card transaction request to Sage Exchange cannot be processed"" - other can process correctly SED 2.0 has been reinstalled, still getting it. All the Sage KB articles are either server configuration of bad merchant info, which would mean everyone would get the error....

Is the Rogue install pointing to the correct install of Sage? - WAG. Is the **latest** install (2.0.39??) installed?

If it's one user, I'd be looking at the rights you (or someone) had when you installed it.

I'd look for rogue elements of SE 1.0 remaining on the machine.

I would also lean towards permissions. I would uninstall and reinstall as admin on that machine

Had the same exact issue a few months back and I think I even posted here. One workstation could not process Credit Cards while all the others were fine. If I recall correctly it ended up being that the version of the SED on the PC was not reading the right version of SED on the server. I reinstalled/updated/rebooted SED on the server and that seemed to have fixed it. Might also have something to do with a Microsoft update on that PC
