Sage 100 2014 Premium SU 3 New Implementation (not an upgrade) getting errors in GL Account Structure Maintenance when trying to add the 4th GL segment for a 4-2-2-2 all numeric. Error is: ""Error 12 File does not or already exists, Line 392, Program GL_ACCOUNTSTRUCTURE_UI.PVC, Last file SY_ActivityLog"". If I retry I get the same error but changes the last file to CM_UDFOptions_UI.pvc. I tested on 2014 Std SU 3 and no problems. The first 3 segments were added no problem. Has anyone seen this? Could it be an SQL/Premium bug?

New one on me Bruce. I have not run into it yet but I have yet to install SU 3 on any of my 2014 installs. Let me know what Sage says. (I assume you tried this in a test environment already?)

Almost sounds like a file lock. Can you clear? Or reboot the server to see if that does the trick...

I think its an SQL issue maybe, was also on SU1 which I updated to 3 hoping that might help. The code is looking for GL9 and its not in the SQL table which is the issue. Now i have to figure out how to get GL9_CustomFSLineDetail.m4t in the SQL table, any ideas.
