Sage 100 2014 Business Insights Main Menu toolbar not displaying. This toolbar contains the File, Edit, View menu. In toolbar option, this ""Main Menu"" checkbox is grayed out and is not supposed to be un-checkable. Some how the option is now unchecked and the toolbar is missing. Workstation has been re-installed and it is confirmed that the toolbar is not just ""hidden"" or un-docked sitting in a different location. Anyone ever ran in to this issue?

I see the File, Edit, View menu in the screen shot, don't I? Is the screen shot from someone else's workstation?

Yes, this is my workstation. The customers main menu checkbox is unchecked and the file menu is missing.

Maybe missing an option in Role Maintenance?

The user has the admin role, I checked the admin role as well to make sure all check boxes were selected. Verified the issue is not username specific for Sage or Windows. Tried Alt+F and Alt+E shortcuts to see if menu displays, it does not.

On the Customize window (above), there is a Reset option. Maybe try that.
