    Sage 100 2014 Advanced. Running as an application. Users started getting this message on Friday. Rebooting the server resolves things for a few hours. IT support says it is Sage... has anyone seen this before ? All users have ""spawn tasks"" box checked. As far as we know, nothing has changed from the Sage point of view.... Thanks in advance...

    I have been dealing with this issue after upgrading from V4.50 to 2015. We have been stable for a day now. The attached is what appears to have fixed it. IT revised the Registry according to the attached. It is knowledgebase ID 20344. I hope this helps.

    Thanks - were you running as a service and switched to running as an application ? or do you think they edited the registry and stayed as a service ?

    We were running as a service. We tried switching to running just the desktop. When we tried this it was worse so a few hours later we switched it back to running as a service. There IT then decided to try the registry change. Since they did this it was running faster and with no errors or issues.

    They have 25 users.

    I have used this document for the last few years -SS3003 and it has resolved most issues with Sage Advanced, running as a service though I think it could apply for running as an Application as well.
