Sage 100 2014 Advanced - one label form code gets output sent to the wrong label printer (both are on the network). I have cleared out the printer field in SY_ReportSettings for all workstations for that form and it still gets sent to a different printer than what is selected. Crystal file has ""No Printer"" checked. Any ideas?

Other programs (word, notepad) can send to the selected printer without issues.

Is it wrong for all users?

Have you checked the device configurator for a hard coded path (either local or global)?

Is the printer hard-coded under MultiPart?

Nothing in Device Configurator. Multiple users, multiple workstations Multipart unchecked

That's bizarre! Can you make a new form code and try it, then copy the RPT over and try it?

Is it remote desktop? Possible printer redirection?

No RDP involved. We did just discover that the other labels that are supposed to go to Zebra2 do go there even if Zebra1 is selected.

If they are network printers could be an issue with name resolution / DNS.

You may try creating a new printer on the network and see if it the printer or name resolution issue.

Renaming the printers to shorter names with no blanks seems to have fixed the issue. Gotta love this printer code from the 90s...
