Sage 100 2013. Why would one not be able to reprint an additional packing list? when they try they get ""no data selected"" The master pack list prints but not the additional pack list. it seems to only happen to one invoice that they have tried so far, others print fine. hmmmm!?!?!?!

Is it a standard, non modified form? Maybe there is some suppression on their form letting it work for some, but not others?

Thought of that too - standard form does not work. it doesn't even build the work table so there is never an opportunity to get caught up in suppression logic. Once you click preview /print it immediately returns with ""no data selected for printing"" I carefully compared the records of invoices that do print and this one and I can see no differences. I am thinking there is a table that is missing something it is looking for to ""validate"" that it is a shipping invoice and not an AR invoice? It is really weird that it is just this one invoice.

Did you print the 1st or did the customer tell you about it? Were there only charge items in the invoice? Maybe they checked 'Charge Items' on the 1st print.

Customer told me about it - so, I suspect they forgot to print the add'l packing slip on the initial go around (prior to updating). The invoice has a kit with exploded components on it. I was able to reprint the same form with other invoices that are similar and I have confirmed the ""Skip Print Component"" field is set to N. Can someone with access to the code tell me what conditions must exist for it to prompt ""no data selected"" on print?
