Sage 100

Sage 100 2013 Premium workstation issues. All workstations return the error ""Unable to create session object - workstation may be corrupted. Reinstall workstation"". I've reinstalled the workstation with no success. All the KB suggest renaming sy_workstation, console, etc but with Premium, those don't apply. Has anyone seen this before?

I have not run into with premium but I have run into with the clients. I have seen UAC cause issues. I have also make a habit of right clicking and running as administrator even when UAC is turned off.

Hi Kate, Why wouldn't SY_Console and SY_Workstation apply to a Premium system? Also, when you say ""etc"", did you also try renaming Locate and Sessions .pvk?

@CullenLowe - with Premium (SQL) the system doesn't use sy_console, SY_Workstation and yes, etc meant the .pvk files. You can rename them, but the system doesn't regenerate them and continues to work just fine without them. It turned out that the databases didn't have owners assigned. I had to open the database for each company in SQL management studio and assign MAS_USER as the owner, then it ran just fine. Now if only the error message had indicated such...
