  • 1.  S100 v20.1 Error 26 All VI Job Logs

    Dear 90 Minds Sage 100 Gurus,
    I am working upgrade v17 Std. to v20.1 Std.  All VI jobs both migrated and new from scratch are working fine but...all VI job Logs trigger error 26, Program VI_JobLogReport_rpt.pvc, Line 55. This error happens as soon as you click preview or print for the log.  Rejected records is not selected (all records in test are good).  Printers are valid and do work with other reports in Sage.   This happens at workstation or direct on sever.  So far no info found from Sage KB.  Has anyone encountered this or have any ideas how to resolve?  Thanks in advance for any input. - Bruce

    Can you view the VI logs through the Activity Log?  (Copies should be available there...).

    Hi Kevin,

    The Activity Log does show the log activity for the VI Job log when I drill into it.  That's at least something thank you.    I don't see a print feature from that drill down however, am I missing something or is a drill down in an event in Activity Log printable (without a screen shot).

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for educating me on that, I learned something.  However that triggers same error, I believe issue is system cannot load data to the work table used to populate the report.  Any added thoughts?

    Those logs are files in Sage 100 - you can use DFDM to print them.
