Has anyone ever encountered an upgrade where all the master-file and data entry UDF data vanished on an upgrade? The UDFs were there, just no data in them.
I was able to export / import but postmortem I'm trying to understand why this may have happened. Background Info: Premium v16 to Premium v18.5 with the manual migrate process (did not use Sages migration typically problematic with SQL). We did a full test upgrade and it did not occur on test but same process for final it did occur.
Since the UDFs and their data reside in the native table and all the standard Sage 100 data in same records was there. Any thoughts?
