Clear the 'No Printer' check box in the form or report.
1. Open the form or report in Crystal Reports Designer.
2. Select File / Printer Setup.
3. Clear the 'No Printer' check box.
4. Save the form or report
If the error still occurs, obtain a more specific error from within Crystal Reports.
1. In Sage MAS 90 or 200, open the form or report.
2. Click the 'Form' or 'Design' button to open the form or report in Crystal Reports Designer.
3. Click the 'Refresh' button. A more specific error should occur.
4. Search the Sage Software knowledge base for the specific error.
