We have a client on 2016 advanced and we are migrating them to 2019 Premium. Because they use payroll, with tons of local codes and job cost we need a true test environment that will be in place for a month or so before final migration. Sage cannot guarantee us that when we get premium codes issued that it will not break their 2016.
Has anyone else run into this issue and were you able to run both at the same time? Is using reseller codes an option.
