Role Maintenance - Just finished helping a client figure out the role maintenance for payroll. PR person needed to be able to change the employee's direct deposit bank account and routing number information under employee maintenance. Employee had full access to employee maintenance but was not able to highlight bank account line to make changes. Finally we determined that the flag for that was under PR | Maintenance/Data Entry | Bank Code Maintenancebank account maintenance (I sure the same flag was under PR | Maintenance/Data Entry | Bank Code Maintenance). Go figure!

@JeffSchwenk - Thanks for this tidbit - Next week I'll be helping a customer set up Direct Deposit in version 4.4.

It usually doesn't happen when I'm logged in as I have full rights. An usually, the controller does this sort of maintenance also. So when you are setting it up next week, be sure to log in as the end user.
